Trading since 1954 in London, Hart has considerable experience of estate agency property valuation. When we determine a property price we have access to a wealth of comparable sold and current sales data to provide you with a property valuation.
Our choice of property valuation:
- A telephone market appraisal – a popular choice if you are just thinking of moving
- A property consultant will be happy to discuss the demand in your local market, recent sales and property prices sales in your area.
A visit to your property
- Once you have decided to sell a Sales Manager will visit you to provide an estimated property valuation based on current condition of your property and comparable sales in the area
- If you are looking to move within the area, we can advise you on the best schools to send your children, the local transport links or the best streets to live in within the area of your choice.
