When you ask for a lettings valuation of your property you will be visited by a lettings manager. We attach great importance to the initial valuation, as we want to get your property let as soon as possible, at the best possible rent, to the best quality tenants.

The manager will also coordinate a bespoke marketing campaign, taking into consideration all local advertising, website presence and target audience. 

We will take high quality photographs and take dimensions or prepare a floor plan.

Details of your property will be available on our website (usually within 24hrs) and many national property websites including Primelocation, Rightmove, Propertyfinder, Findaproperty, Hotproperty, Globrix, Homes24, Look4aproperty, Zoomf and Extate amongst others. We also make full use of Google Adwords on your behalf thereby guaranteeing the maximum exposure for your property.
