After the initial valuation and from the word “GO” we will work with the landlord or the vacating tenants to start viewings at the property.  Be assured that Hart will not simply let your property to un-vetted tenants.  Whilst we will naturally pass on all offers to the landlord, we will use our own judgement and provide recommendations whether or not to accept offers.  BE WEARY OF OTHER AGENTS WHO PUSH THROUGH OFFERS JUST TO SEAL THE DEAL, REGARDLESS OF THE QUALITY OF THE TENANT.
